Do I need to move items to the curb before pickup?
No. Our team provides full-service removal, which means we’ll handle all lifting, loading, and hauling from inside your home, garage, yard, or office.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on the volume of items, type of materials, accessibility, and labor involved. For services like donation pick-up, we also offer a structured item-based pricing table.
Do you offer same-day service?
Yes. We offer same-day and next-day appointments when available. Call early in the day for the best chance of same-day pickup.
What types of items do you not accept?
We do not accept hazardous materials, wet paint, chemicals, asbestos, biohazards, or anything restricted by local disposal laws. If you’re unsure, just ask.
What happens to the items you haul away?
We sort items for donation, recycling, or responsible disposal. Usable items are donated to local charities whenever possible.
