We accept most clean, gently used items that are acceptable to local charitable donation centers. Items must be in reusable condition (not broken, heavily stained, or damaged). NOTE: We charge a $99 service fee plus 4% fuel charge for all donations pickups.

Do you provide a donation receipt for tax purposes?

Yes. If the receiving donation center provides a receipt, we will make sure it is given to you. Please let us know if you have a preferred organization that issues receipts.

How is pricing calculated for donation pick-up?

There is a $99 base pickup fee, plus a per-item fee based on item size:

  • Medium Items: $9.99
  • Large Items: $24.99
  • Extra Large Items: $34.99

A 4% fuel fee is added to the subtotal.

What qualifies as a Medium, Large, or Extra Large item?

We classify items based on size and handling effort. For example:

  • Medium: lamps, small decor, kitchen items
  • Large: dressers, mattresses, armchairs
  • Extra Large: sofas, large appliances, patio sets

Are there any items you do NOT accept for donation?

Yes. We do not accept:

  • Broken or damaged items
  • Moldy or water-damaged items
  • Hazardous materials or chemicals
  • Wet mattresses or heavily soiled furniture

Can you pick up items from inside my home?

Yes. Our team will remove items from anywhere on your property — inside, outside, upstairs, or in garages. No need to bring anything to the curb.

Can I request delivery to a specific donation center?

Absolutely. Let us know your preferred charity or donation drop-off location and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.

How soon can you schedule a donation pick-up?

We often offer same-day or next-day service depending on availability. Contact us early in the day for the best chance of same-day scheduling.

What happens if the donation center rejects an item?

If an item is declined by the donation center, we’ll contact you and offer alternative solutions such as recycling or responsible disposal, with your approval.
